2 months ago I have put reviews for many services and shops most of them were forced to put after the service by the service vendor itself, but here I would keep a change and tell it from my heart that NHC hospital really deserves a good review and that review is for a hospital which doesn't make you feel or smell like a hospital, "excellent staff excellent way of work" please do keep these going.
I haven't given any review yet but I felt it is not right to give a review about this hospital as it will be helpful for others like me.2 months ago, I had unbearable back pain.I couldn't even sit down that's how I came to NHC hospitalil.I never thought that my back pain would go away but now my back pain is completely gone.My sincere thanks to Dr Naiju Ajumudeen( Senior Consultant Orthopaedic ),Dr Favas( physiotherapy head), Dr Akash (DutyDoctor ) the physiotherapists and the entire team. And i felt a homely atmosphere, friendly staff. One of the best service and treatment that I've received from a hospital. And an excellent medical facility also.
I recently underwent physiotherapy and decompression therapy for back pain at Dr. Naiju's Health center , and I must say that the experience was exceptional! The hospital's facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The physiotherapy team, was outstanding. They took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored a treatment plan that was both effective and gentle. Their expertise and compassion made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The decompression therapy sessions were also highly beneficial, and I appreciated the thorough explanations provided by the staff before and after each session. From the receptionists to the nurses, the Doctor and therapists, everyone was warm, supportive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Thank you to the entire team ❤️

The staff's behavior was truly 5-star - they were kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The hospital's facilities were clean, comfortable, like home and well-maintained, making my recovery process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the prompt attention and timely treatment, with no delays or hassles. What stood out most was the compassionate and supportive nature of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. I have no dislikes or complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend “Nhc”to anyone seeking quality medical care.
I have received treatment during last seven days at Nyju's health care center for severe shoulder pain due to spinal canal stenosis ,and had an exceptional experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and provided top-notch care. The facilities were modern, clean, hygienic and comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the compassion shown by the doctors, nurses, and support staff. My treatment was successful. As a Police officer I have attended so many training programs to improve professionalism. But I have learned the most important lesson ie 'professionalism is humanism' which was taught by Dr. Nyju, the head of this institution through his dedication and humanitarian consideration. I feel grateful for the excellent care I received. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking medical attention. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hard work.
NHC - The Best Orthopedic treatment centre at Kollam District. For all treatments relating to Bones, Joint pain, Knee pain, Neck pain etc, and even for Surgery I strongly recommend NHC. A Health Centre which provides a Homely Atmosphere. The surroundings of the health centre is clean and tidy. The Health centre provides for service of Phsyiotherapy in which Professional Doctors with experience hands are appointed. The treatment centre provides the best treatment plan and has well equipped machineries. All the staffs at the Health Centre keeps the standard of maintaining friendly approach towards the patients as well as to the by-standers. I express my sincere thanks to Dr.Naiju, Dr.Fawaz(Physiotherapist Head), Mrs Poornima(Phyiotherapist), all other Colleagues, Binu Sir(Manager) and to all the other staffs for their support.
